Communities Served by the Lakes Region Planning Commission

Profiles have been developed for each of the 31 municipalities in the Lakes Region. Each profile includes a link to the municipality’s website and key demographic information. Resources provided include links to the community’s land use or planning department and any Plan NH charrettes that may have been conducted. Additional information includes a link to the municipality’s New Hampshire Employment Security (NHES) Community Profile, which provides detailed information on municipal contacts, demographics, election districts, community history, municipal, emergency, and healthcare services, population statistics, utilities, income and labor force data, employment and wages, property taxes, housing, education and childcare, major employers, transportation networks, community services and recreational opportunities, and commuting patterns, an Economic Profile Infographic based on 2020 U.S. Census data, as well as a link to available annual town reports through the University of New Hampshire Scholars’ Repository.
